I would like to broker a loan for a small business, but I’d like to have a contract in place before I make the connection, just to be safe. I have no idea where to look for a sample contract. Everything I find is for real estate loans, not business loans.

I was thinking about going with trade king does anyone know a a broker who has trades cheaper than $4.95 like trade king? I know zecco can be pretty cheap but I don’t have $2500 and thats the balance you must have to get that free trades deal or whatever it is. I only have about $500 so if theres a special thats for people with balances in the thousands that won’t work for me.

I am very confused, in the past few years, I have been told by many brokers, lenders, lawyers and friends that I knew or met, that a person does not need a license to be a commercial mortgage broker in the state of New York, but that they do need a license to be a residential mortgage broker. I even talked to the New York State Department of Banking and Secretary of State Department and they told me this is true. But, I just read something online that a person does need a license to be a commercial mortgage broker. So which is it? I am very confused.

I’m a college student in Hawaii who wants to become a commercial real estate broker.. I don;t know if i should stay in honolulu or head back to the mainland where i am from.. Would I find it easier to break into the business in a major city in California? With a college degree in finance and a desire to succede what are my chances for success in this industry? I’m talking about more than just the few available through ADR’s. I think that Schwab can handle Canadian stocks, but I was wondering if there are other cheaper discount brokers that are set up to trade in more nations, such as Mexico, India, etc. stocks at reasonable commissions. Ameritrade has talked about doing it sometime, but hasn’t yet gotten it up. Any direction will be appreciated.
